100% export oriented flat knitting readymade garments industry represented by its Managing Director Mr. Golam Mostofa and Chairman Mrs. Shaila Mostofa, both of them ensured their graduation and post-graduation from University of Dhaka.
During this tenure he dreamed and anticipated to contribute to the national GDP by generating employment & particular to set-up his own manufacturing plants.
After completing his education Mr. Mostofa worked in a multi-national sourcing company from 1991-2001 at Dhaka and with his highest level of dedication, integrity & hard work he became the head of the business of the company.
From a small workshop to a modern factory — key moments that shaped who we are.
In 2002 Mr. Golam Mostofa decided to take over a sick project named:"OMEGA Sweaters Limited" from bank with a number of approx. 335 hand flats machines and start earning valuable foreign currency USD 500,000 at very first year for the country and generate employment of 300 numbers of manpowers.
In 2012 he launched a new business unit "Welldone Apparel Limited".
In 2018, further launched a LEED certified production unit (certified by USGBC) named "MNR Design Limited".
In 2023 another LEED certified production unit named "MNR Sweaters Limited" also added in the production facilities
At 2025, MNR Group generated the employment of 10,000 plus men's/women's people directly benefited from this employment (where around 40,000 people directly benefited from this employment).
At 2027, a new LEED certified production unit will be added in the operation and then our group capasity will be stands on 35 million Ocs with a yearly turnover of USD 150-160 millions.
